Rochelle Lierz DeLong founded Perfect Order in 2001. The soul of the company reflects her lively synergistic blend of talents: her creative entrepreneurial spirit, her problem-solving wisdom, and her natural coaching style.

She always knows that her client's path is theirs, not hers, and she is careful to use their needs and their pace for change as a guide. Her goal is ultimately to effect change at the deeper layers to create greater life satisfaction. She holds a BS in Business & Information Technology with a Sociology minor from Oregon State University.
